A place ,country called NORWAY/
Not really that far away /
A ghetto place this day i say /
Evolution of man back to cave man /
Doing only of his as he can /
He is held by no chains /
Modern weapons ,modern games /
a world gone mad /
No more moms and dads /
Burned out by modern times /
No phone calls for nickles and dimes /
We too have lost these young of Norway
They are ours too /
If you think not you too are a fool / .....

- Poetry, what is it? A poet what is that? I doubt its me ! To me poetry is a word description of life. No matter a good or bad life only the truth of life. A poet can only truly describe a life he lives or has lived. One can not write about drug addiction, gangs, violence, and despair if he or she has not dwelled there. I write things I feel because I have been there, done that and know what many people feel because I feel it. What effects the young today effected the old yesterday. Nothing really has changed when it comes to poverty. I write about black and white issues because I feel neither black nor white, because I refuse to wear color of skin. I write about the young because I never grew up. I write about the old because the years added up.
