The butterfly had left his cocoon /
Inprisionment instead of boom /
Life lost /
Zoom Zoom Zoom /
But it could have been /
No honor , no men /
The devil in /
Where was Rin Tin Tin /
Paths we choose /
Some we lose
Our own life to abuse /
This one you choose /
My friend we all loose /
Wrong door ,Devils inn /
Wasted now many years /
Your families tears /
You are young, correct yourself /
Others will know /
This place you go /
A life you trow /

- Poetry, what is it? A poet what is that? I doubt its me ! To me poetry is a word description of life. No matter a good or bad life only the truth of life. A poet can only truly describe a life he lives or has lived. One can not write about drug addiction, gangs, violence, and despair if he or she has not dwelled there. I write things I feel because I have been there, done that and know what many people feel because I feel it. What effects the young today effected the old yesterday. Nothing really has changed when it comes to poverty. I write about black and white issues because I feel neither black nor white, because I refuse to wear color of skin. I write about the young because I never grew up. I write about the old because the years added up.
