Angered Gods, their time /
From the hands water , wind fire /
Heat humans expire /
Earth in change /
Mankind no brains /
Greed and desire /
Monetary lier /
Time for his madness /
Bring about your sadness /
Earth your mother /
Yet treated like any other /
Deserve what you get /
cause of it /
Earth strikes back /
Weather full attack /
Fighting while she falls apart /
You took your part /
Blood flowing art /
Fools start /

- Poetry, what is it? A poet what is that? I doubt its me ! To me poetry is a word description of life. No matter a good or bad life only the truth of life. A poet can only truly describe a life he lives or has lived. One can not write about drug addiction, gangs, violence, and despair if he or she has not dwelled there. I write things I feel because I have been there, done that and know what many people feel because I feel it. What effects the young today effected the old yesterday. Nothing really has changed when it comes to poverty. I write about black and white issues because I feel neither black nor white, because I refuse to wear color of skin. I write about the young because I never grew up. I write about the old because the years added up.
