Rebirth in times /
We are trapped /
Wisdom lacked /
Teachers teaching /
Same old shit /
2014 I'm not with it /
Older brother died in the war /
Children dying on the street once more /
Freedom say what /
Moms was raped yesterday /
No food on the table , Moms not able/
Birds , bees and three's /
Jimmy j don't talk like that /
"Word" belongs to that cat /
You just a sell out whore /
Success is also the uneducated man /
Who done the best he can /
Government turned to Corporations /
Who practice job extermination /
Democrats , Republicans /
Word masturbation /
All Jack Offs , Jokers in the pack /
Common sense they lack /

- Poetry, what is it? A poet what is that? I doubt its me ! To me poetry is a word description of life. No matter a good or bad life only the truth of life. A poet can only truly describe a life he lives or has lived. One can not write about drug addiction, gangs, violence, and despair if he or she has not dwelled there. I write things I feel because I have been there, done that and know what many people feel because I feel it. What effects the young today effected the old yesterday. Nothing really has changed when it comes to poverty. I write about black and white issues because I feel neither black nor white, because I refuse to wear color of skin. I write about the young because I never grew up. I write about the old because the years added up.
