Different parents,different rules /
Different styles , differnt tools /
often giving their best /
putting love to the test /
but what of the rest /
What of a child born in the Sudan /
What chance does he have of being a man /
A child of the ghetto /
will he grow to be a fine fellow /
what good is a parent to be /
if not a fine son or daughter to see /
what of children of war toren lands /
Treated like a game of kick the can /
What of children who learn to swear /
not because of parents
But a sick society who talk them there /
What of , what of , what of..........
We are a product of our surroundings , something that society has created.It is a hard fight for parents to wage in every country across this great mother earth , a fight i feel we are losing. people no longer make love.They just fuck and that fucks it all up... sorry

- Poetry, what is it? A poet what is that? I doubt its me ! To me poetry is a word description of life. No matter a good or bad life only the truth of life. A poet can only truly describe a life he lives or has lived. One can not write about drug addiction, gangs, violence, and despair if he or she has not dwelled there. I write things I feel because I have been there, done that and know what many people feel because I feel it. What effects the young today effected the old yesterday. Nothing really has changed when it comes to poverty. I write about black and white issues because I feel neither black nor white, because I refuse to wear color of skin. I write about the young because I never grew up. I write about the old because the years added up.
