Daddy , daddy ma ma's not in bed /
Went to the club last night /
Now she's dead /
Family life her fright /
Children what to say /
Living nightmares day /
Mothers or fathers wanting to twirl /
Forgetting about there Lil boys and girls /
World gone insane /
Entertainment on their brain /
Minds open to the dance /
Children with out a chance /
Have you seen what surrounds /
Entertainment , thoughts of clowns /
Mother fucker , nigger and bitch /
Mom and dad don't it make you itch /
rappers rap , children sit in this patch /
Money makes it a match /
It's not really OK /
But it is 2012 their day /.....

real love has lost it's way . i just drove my son off to school now i will clean and feed the fish the bird and clean all this bunny shit off the floor you know they want the pets but it is daddy who cleans up after them for some reason this poem makes me tear up .....

A poet can only truly describe a life he lives or has lived. One can not write about drug addiction, gangs, violence, and despair if he or she has not dwelled there. I write things I feel because I have been there, done that and know what many people feel because I feel it. What effects the young today effected the old yesterday. Nothing really has changed when it comes to poverty. I write about black and white issues because I feel neither black nor white, because I refuse to wear color of skin. I write about the young because I never grew up. I write about the old because the years added up.
