Dreams so so good ,some so bad /
What to do with out them /
Light up night /
Some to stay , some will go /
What was that dream last night /
Other stay way into the light of day /
Took you to another place /
Grace or disgrace /
People enter into your head /
Sleeping in your bed /
Thinking of them /
Half ass dead /
What is there meaning /
Bad or good /
Either way I'm leaning /
Dreaming of love , you wet the bed /
Of violence a tear instead /
Of wealth /
Better to dream of health /
Instead ,wealth stayed in bed /
I had a dream yesterday /
It stayed with me yet today /
A happy dream i must say /

- Poetry, what is it? A poet what is that? I doubt its me ! To me poetry is a word description of life. No matter a good or bad life only the truth of life. A poet can only truly describe a life he lives or has lived. One can not write about drug addiction, gangs, violence, and despair if he or she has not dwelled there. I write things I feel because I have been there, done that and know what many people feel because I feel it. What effects the young today effected the old yesterday. Nothing really has changed when it comes to poverty. I write about black and white issues because I feel neither black nor white, because I refuse to wear color of skin. I write about the young because I never grew up. I write about the old because the years added up.
