What is inside of me /
Open your ears so you can understand /
Close your eye's and listen /
Learn of your fellow man /
Only the minds intentions /
No mirrors to show reflections /
Have you gained full reception /

This entire planet from land to land ,and tongue to different tongue sits at the top of Hells Kitchen .Do you not fell the heat under your feet .Don't you wish the leaders of this mess would get into a fist fight to the death so they feel what it is we feel sending our sons and daughters off to war.Wars with no results but death ...

- Poetry, what is it? A poet what is that? I doubt its me ! To me poetry is a word description of life. No matter a good or bad life only the truth of life. A poet can only truly describe a life he lives or has lived. One can not write about drug addiction, gangs, violence, and despair if he or she has not dwelled there. I write things I feel because I have been there, done that and know what many people feel because I feel it. What effects the young today effected the old yesterday. Nothing really has changed when it comes to poverty. I write about black and white issues because I feel neither black nor white, because I refuse to wear color of skin. I write about the young because I never grew up. I write about the old because the years added up.
